These terms apply when you use this website, our online booking form, or message our Facebook or Instagram Pages, including our automated assistant, Bea. By booking or messaging us you agree to them.

Who we are

The Browcode Corp. (SEC Reg. No. 2023040095654-02), doing business as Browcode Beauty Lounge, 2nd Floor Red Dot Collective Bldg., General Luna Street cor. Lagasca Street, Brgy. No. 10, San Jose, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte 2900, Philippines.

Bookings and deposits

• An online booking holds a slot for a limited time. It is confirmed only when branch staff verify your deposit.
• Deposits are applied to the cost of the service. Cancellation and no-show handling follow the policy communicated by your branch at booking.
• Prices are set per branch and may change; the price shown when you book for your branch is the price that applies.

Health screening

Semi-permanent makeup and brow tattoo services require you to answer a short health questionnaire. Answering "yes" does not stop your booking, but our team reviews it before your session and may advise a different service or timing for your safety.

Automated assistant

Bea replies automatically. She can quote services and prices from our menu, hold and confirm slots, and pass you to staff. She never charges you and never makes payment decisions for you. Ask for a human any time by typing "talk to staff".

Acceptable use

Do not use our booking tools or chat to harass staff, submit false bookings, or attempt to access other customers' information. We may decline or cancel bookings that breach these terms.

Liability

Services are provided by trained staff with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, including how to delete your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
